Abstract
This Norm, consisting of 135 articles divided into 14 Chapters, regulates the procedures for the inspection over administrative violations for harmful activities to the environment, offences and sanctions, the defense or appeal, the appeal system and the collection of fines and their conversion for providing recovery services, preservation and quality improvement of environmental sector within the FEMARH. Chapter I establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of FEMARH, entitled to carry out inspections over the environmental sector and apply related offences and penalties.
