Abstract
This Norm MPA, consisting of 14 articles, establishes criteria and proceedings for Complementary Fishing Licensing for Mullet fishing (Mugil platanus e M. liza), with seine fishing net, within South-eastern and Southern Regions of Brazil in 2013. It regulates the maximum number of authorized fishing vessels to perform the fishing activity specified above, according to article 4 of Norm IBAMA No. 171 of 9 May 2008.
