Order ADEPARÁ No. 911/2017 providing for the prevention, control of dissemination of the Asian Rust Soybean pest in the state of Pará.

This Order, consisting of 15 articles, provides for the prevention, control of dissemination of the Asian Rust Soybean pest in the state of Pará. It establishes technical and administrative actions and mandatory phytosanitary measures aimed at the prevention and control of Asian Soybean Rust in the State of Pará. In particular, it establishes measures aiming at the following actions: determine the obligatory control of the pest causing Asian rust (Phakopsora pachyrhizi) in the State of Pará; establish, as a preventive measure, the sanitary calendar for the soybean crop (Glycine max L. Merril), in the territory in three periods: from 15 July to 15 September, in specific micro-regions; from 1 September to 30 October, in the Paragominas microregion; from 1 October to 30 November in other specific microregions.
