Order IDIARN No. 30 regulating the registration of pesticides and their components to be used in the agricultural production sectors, storage and processing of agricultural products, in pastures, agro-industries and in the protection of forests within Rio Grande do Norte.

This Order IDIARN, consisting of 9 articles, regulates the registration of pesticides and their components to be used in the agricultural production sectors, storage and processing of agricultural products, in pastures, agro-industries and in the protection of forests within Rio Grande do Norte. It establishes that for the registration of the above mentioned issues, the following documents must be prepared in Portuguese: a) application signed by the legal representative of the company, addressed to the Director General of IDIARN; a) copy of the certificate of registration with the competent federal agency; c) copy of the template and label approved by MAPA, ANVISA and IBAMA; d) copy of the layout of the label approved by MAPA, ANVISA and IBAMA; e) copy of the technical monograph of the active ingredient, approved by ANVISA; f) proof of payment of the registration fee for pesticides and related products.
