Abstract
This Order INEMA establishes procedures, documents and studies necessary for the environmental regularization of agro-silvo-pastoral activities classified as Agriculture (Rainfed and Irrigated Agriculture) or Extensive Livestock to be carried within the State of Bahia. These activities will be subject to the special environmental licensing procedures, and must be registered at INEMA, through the State Environmental and Water Resources Information System (SEIA) aimed at the environmental regularization. For this regularization of the enterprise, the applicant must be aware of the environmental constraints and requirements previously established by the licensing body. The conditions set forth above should contemplate the mitigating measures for the location, implementation and operation of agro-silvo-pastoral activities that may be subject to a special licensing procedure.
