Abstract
This Order, consisting of three Chapters, creates the Executive Committee of the National Contingency Plan (PNC) to Oil Pollution Incidents in waters under national jurisdiction. It specifies the internal regulation of the above mentioned Executive Committee as part of the organizational structure of the above mentioned National Contingency Plan and is formed by the Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Mines and Energy, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Ports, Navy, IBAMA, the National Agency for oil and National Protection and Civil Defense Secretariat. In such a regiment the powers of the Committee are defined, among them is the development of Manual and guidelines for the implementation of the PNC (established in October 2013 by the Federal Decree No. 8.127).
