Abstract
This Order establishes the calculation formula and the percentages for the application of ideal-quota of ICMS Green Tax to be transferred to each municipality under State Law No. 1.530 of 22 January 2004 and of the State Decree No. 4.918 of 29 December 2009. Annex I specifies the percentages for applying the ideal-quota of ICMS Green Tax to be transferred to each municipality in the State.
