This Order establishes ATPF authorization conditions for the export of bigleaf mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla) which is included in Appendix III of CITES. It consists of 9 articles and 1 annex defining the requirements to be met for obtain a licence for exporting this tree specie. The annex lays down the certificate of origin granted by Ibama.
