Abstract
This Order regulates forest fires according to article 26 of New Forestry Code (Act No. 4.771). It establishes controls to be carried out for obtaining an authorization for lighting fires. It consists of 10 articles and 1 annex listing the requirements to be satisfied for performing this activity. A model form (in annex) lays down information to be given to competent authority.
