Abstract
This Order regulates import-export of brazilian and exotic wildlife. It consists of 16 articles and 2 annexes establishing the requirements to be met for obtaining a licence, granted by Ibama, in oder to carry out this activity. This Order only applies to wild animals bred in captivity or domestic animals. It concerns as well sanitary procedures to be satisfied by breeding centres. Annex 1 lists a model form laying down necessary information for requesting an import-export licence. Annex 2 lists all animal species considered as domesitc Fauna.
