Abstract
This Order regulates reforestation conditions, forestry plan and forestry associations. It consists of 53 articles and 10 annexes establishing obligation of reforestation in case of tree logging, a plan for managing forest resources and the requirements in order to perform forestry associations. Annexes list the model forms in order to manage forest resources and to request a licence for forest exploitation.
