Abstract
This Order, composed of 6 articles, establishes that pesticides lists set under Law No. 7.802 of 1989 shall be revaluated in order to add or remove technical requirements or other indications. The Order establishes the main criteria to be used in the re-evaluation process. Finally, it sets the deadlines for the commercialization of pesticide stocks subject to technical revaluation.
