Abstract
This Order, composed of 19 articles, regulates the labelling procedures for pesticides. In particular, it rules on the technical recommendations to be included in the package leaflet container and label. It defines the requirements for pictograms, the list of toxicological and environmental dangerous classes as well as quantitative and qualitative composition of the ingredients. It empowers the Coordinating body of the Sanitary Plant Defence to dispose on the cases not regulated by this Order.
