Abstract
This Order, consisting of six articles, prohibits the captive maintenance, transportation, processing, production, storage and marketing of Ucides cordatus species, popularly known as the land crab, as well as isolated parts (chelae, tweezers, clamps or shredded) during the period specified in the text. This prohibition applies for these crustaceans originating from any area (county, state or country) within the State of Espírito Santo, during the months of: January, February, March and April.
