Order SEMA No. 114 approving the Territorial Action Plan for endangered species of Planalto Sul (PAT Planalto Sul).

This Order approves the Territorial Action Plan for endangered species of Planalto Sul (PAT Planalto Sul), establishing its objectives, execution period, forms of implementation, supervision, review, establishes the Technical Advisory Group and the Consultative Support Group. The Planalto Sul PAT has as its general objective the conservation of biodiversity in the Planalto Sul Territory, considering biological, social, cultural and economic aspects, with an emphasis on focal species. The Planalto Sul PAT covers and establishes priority conservation actions for 11 species considered threatened with extinction, included in the Official National Lists (MMA Orders No. 443/2014, No. 444/2014 and No. 445/2014) classified in the CR as Critically Endangered with 9 species of flora: Codonorchis canisioi, Elaphoglossum dutrae, Eryngium ramboanum, Eugenia rotundicosta, Hysterionica pinnatisecta, Merostachys caucaiana, Parodia rechensis, Petunia reitzii, Petunia saxicola, Smallanthus araucariophilus, Tillandsia jonesii; and 2 fauna species: Aegla brevipalma and Trichomycterus tropeiro. It simultaneously establishes conservation strategies for another 6 flora species threatened with extinction: Bipinnula gibertii (CR-RS), Eryngium falcifolium (EN-MMA; CR-RS), Isoetes sehnemii (CR-RS), Pavonia renifolia ( CR-RS; VUSC), Sisyrinchium flabellatum (CR-RS), Tillandsia winkleri (DD-MMA, CR-RS); and 03 fauna species: Cycloramphus valae (DD-MA, DD-RS, CR-SC), Phyllocaulis renschi (ENMMA), Pulsatrix perspicillata pulsatrix (VU-MMA, EN-RS, DD-SC).
