Abstract
This Provisional Measure, composed of 29 articles and one Annex, adopts provisions concerning the Certificate of Agricultural and Livestock Deposit (CDA) and the Agricultural and Livestock Warrant (WA). In particular, it rules on issuing, registry and circulation of the titles. The Provisional Measure amends: articles 4 and 6 of Law No. 9973 of 29 May 2000, on the system of storage of agricultural and livestock products; article 2 of Law No. 8427 of 27 May 1992, on concession of economic subsidy in the operations of rural credit; and articles 22 and 38 of Law No. 9514 of 20 November 1997, on the system of real estate financing.
