Abstract
This Resolution, consisting of 12 articles and two Annexes, establishes procedures for the Environmental License On-line (LAO) issued to low pollution potential activities. It establishes criteria and procedures for the above mentioned Environmental License Online (LAO) issued for projects/low potential polluting/degrading activities, according to the criteria set out in article 4 and Annex I. The environmental licensing will be held in a simplified way, through the Worldwide Web. The Annex lists the Type of Activities for Environmental Licensing On-line (LAO).
