Abstract
This Resolution, consisting of 8 articles and two Annexes, establishes criteria and requirements for environmental licensing of Industrial Centres, created and managed by Industrial Districts Company of Goiás - Goiasindustrial, in terms of their competence, according to Law No. 7.766 of 20 November 1973. The environmental licence for Industrial Districts will be issued prior Environmental Impact Assessment and its Impact Report on the Environment (EIA/RIMA). Annexes specify the List of necessary documents and the Permitted activities.
