Resolution CONAM No. 1 regulating the norms for issuing environmental authorization within the Federal District.

This Resolution, consisting of 12 articles and one Annex, regulates the norms for issuing environmental authorization within the Federal District. It establishes the environmental authorization as a management tool of projects, activities, research, services and temporary works that although don't need environmental licensing, they require control carried out by the competent environmental agency. In addition, it establishes procedures for its implementation within the Federal District and specifies in the Annex all the activities that need an environmental authorization.
