Abstract
This Temporary provision concerns the prohibition of fishing certain species of fish during the season of reproduction. It consists of 11 articles ;laying down the conditions of such prohibition (size, season, method, etc.). This provision does not apply for artisanal and sport fishing with fishing line. Controls and sanctions are prescribed in the text under the competence of entitled authorities.

This Temporary Provision revokes all contrary provisions, in particular paragraph 4 of article 27 of Act No. 5.197 of 3 January 1967, amended by Act No. 7.653 of 12 February 1988.
