Agricultural Products (Pigeon Peas) Order, 1993 (Cap. 243).

This Order, for purposes of the definition of “agricultural factory” in section 2 of the Agricultural Manufactories Act declares canned pigeon peas derived from pigeon peas imported during the period of July through January of any year, or such other period approved by the Minister to be specially declared agricultural products which may be manufactured, preserved, packed or otherwise prepared for sale or export for a period of five years.
