Antiquities, Monuments and Museum (Underwater Cultural Heritage) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 (S.I. No. 5 of 2023).

These Regulations make amendments in the principal Regulations. Regulation 2 is amended by inserting the definition of shipwreck. These Regulations amend: (i) Regulation 3 as regards exploration and recovery license, (ii) Regulation 4 regarding the maximum number of licensees to be issued at one time; (iii) Regulation 5 as regards maximum period of license; (iv) Regulation 6 on the maximum size of the license area; (v) First Schedule laying down the forms of the application for exploration and recovery licenses and the forms of the licenses; and (vi) Second Schedule determining fees.
