Abstract
This Order is made under the Conservation and Protection of the Physical Landscape of The Bahamas Act, 1997. The Minister may declare protected trees for purposes of the Act and such trees may not be harvested without a permit to be obtained from the Director of Physical Planning. Protected trees are listed in the Schedule to this Order.
