Customs Management (Amendment) Regulations (S.I. No. 25 of 2018).

These Regulations make amendments in the Customs Management Regulations of 2013 by inserting new Regulation 149B regarding environmental levy on hybrid and electric motor vehicles, and amending Form C.17 in the First Schedule which obliges to declare restricted goods to the Customs Officer. Such goods include fruit or other plant materials, animals, birds, etc.
