Customs Management (Amendment) Regulations (S.I. No. 50 of 2023).

These Regulations makes amendments in the Customs Management Regulations by inserting the definition of concession to Regulation 2; inserting a new paragraph (2A) laying down penalty for any master of a vessel who has not reported the arrival of the vessel to Regulation 9; inserting a new paragraph (3) laying down penalty for any person who fails to apply for an extension of a cruising permit for a vessel to Regulation 93; inserting new paragraphs (5A) and (5B) regarding concession declarations on imported goods and equipment to Regulation 147; amending Regulation 149 regarding environmental levy on imported goods; and amending Second Schedule which sets out environmental levy rates for certain imported goods.
