Abstract
This Act empowers the Director of Environmental Health Services to provide for the removal and disposal of abandoned and disused motor vehicles. The Minister responsible for Environmental Control may make rules generally for the purpose of this Act. The Act also prohibits unauthorized use of land for storage of dilapidated vehicles.
