Abstract
The Regulations are divided into 17 articles concerning, inter alia: 1) landing of fishery product in New Providence by commercial vessels; 2) sale of fishery product landed in Complex; 3) purchasing of fishery product; 4) use of wharf; 5) landing and docking fees; 6) registration of sellers and buyers; 7) inspection of fishery products; 8) services and supplies available at the Complex; 9) offences; 10) enforcement of payment of fees. The Schedule is divided into 5 Parts concerning the fixation of the landing, marketing, dockage and registration fees and establishing terms and conditions of storage and freezing under which the goods can be accepted.
