Forestry (Declaration of Protected Trees) Order (S.I. No. 5 of 2021).

This Order declares protected trees for the management, development and protection of the forest resources of The Bahamas. The Schedule of this Order lists the trees which are endemic or endangered or threatened in Part I and trees which are of cultural or historical or economic significance in Part II.
