Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Regulations (S.I. No. 16 of 2010).

These Regulations amend the Merchant Shipping Regulations in in Section A in Part II of the First Schedule with respect to fees and by the insertion immediately after Part IV of new Parts VI, VII and VIII) on fees including fees for Issue of a Certificate of Civil Liability for a Bahamas or non-Bahamas registered ship for an oil certificate or a bunker certificate.
