Abstract
This Act makes provision with respect to the enhancement of public utilities construction works on the Out Islands such as water supply systems and sewerage systems.
A developer who wishes to develop such an utility project may apply to the Minister. The Minister may, through an agreement, license the developer to construct, maintain and operate the utility project at specified conditions. No utility project shall be constructed without the approval of the Minister.
