Abstract
This Order extends the application of the Planning and Subdivision Act to the Family Islands listed in the Schedule, excluding sections 15 - 21. Section 3 of this Order gives the town planning board, appointed under the Local Government Act of 2024, the same powers and duties as the Town Planning Committee under the Planning and Subdivision Act, within its assigned district.
