Abstract
These Regulations set out applicable fees in respect of an application for (i) the registration of a plant establishment under Section 25 of the Plant Protection Act; (ii) an import permit for fruit, vegetables, meat, plants, dairy, poultry products under Section 32 of the Plant Protection Act; and (iii) a phytosanitary certificate under Section 40 of the Plant Protection Act.
