Abstract
This Act makes provision, among other things, for the sub-division of land in which provision is made for the construction of access roads.
Sub-division plans shall be approved by the Town and Country Planning Committee and the Minister in accordance with this Act. Also the alienation of lots that are not marked on the survey plan require the approval of the Committee. Appeal from decisions of the Committee may be had with the Minister.
