Abstract
This Act makes provision, among other things, for the sub-division of land of the Out Islands in which provision is made for the construction of access roads.
Sub-division plans shall be approved by the Minister in accordance with this Act. Also the alienation any land of new sub-divisions requires the approval of the Minister and shall be subject to certain conditions. Some other restrictions on alienation are specified for lots that are not marked on the approved survey plan.
