Abstract
This Act lays down provisions as regards the conditions of the Provisional Employment Incentive Programme; application procedures; inspection of approved applicants; and offences and penalties. The Employment Programme shall remain in force until 30 June 2022. The objective of this Act is to increase non-executive staff employment levels above the level as at 30 June 2021.
