Abstract
This Act makes provision for duties and proceedings in relation with the ending of a tenancy of a small tenement, i.e. any premises held by the tenant at will or for any term not exceeding one year and at a maximum specified rent.
The Act provides for recovery of possessions and legal actions that a landlord may or may not undertake for this purpose.
