Abstract
This Act authorizes the Governor-general to enter into an agreement with a specified company for the maintenance and extension of water supply systems in a specified part of The Bahamas. The Act also specifies powers of the company in respect of land and prohibits various acts by consumers in respect of water supplied by the company.
