Water and Sewerage Corporation (Amendment) Act (No. 31 of 2015).

This Act amends the Water and Sewerage Corporation Act in section 36 by adding a new subsection that prohibits the Corporation to delegate its right to be exempted from the payment of custom duty. Section 36 exempts the Corporation from the payment of customs duties under the Tariff Act in respect of the importation for its use of the items specified in the Third Schedule.
