Abstract
The purpose of this Regulation is to provide for the determination of electricity prices in accordance with the Electricity Act of Bhutan, 2001.
The Regulation stipulate general conditions and tariff principles, the tariff approval process, cost of supply methodology, application of subsidies, determination of generation prices, determination of end-user prices, etc.
