Abstract
This Act provides for the regulation of cooperatives on registration and monitoring, mediation and conciliation, and the provisions of legal services on research, education and information.
The Act further provides for: types of cooperatives and their requirement for registration; governance of cooperatives; financial management of cooperatives; merger, dissolution and insolvency of cooperatives; etc.
