Abstract
In the Tobacco Control Act 2010, after section 2, a new section is inserted, namely: The Tobacco Control (Amendment) Act of Bhutan 2012 is hereby repealed.
In the Act, a few new section are inserted, including: Possess tobacco or tobacco products without proof of tax and duty payments or beyond the permissible quantity and type determined by Parliament. Knowingly transport tobacco or tobacco products without proof of tax and duty payments or beyond the permissible quantity and type determined by Parliament.
