Abstract
This Act provides a legislative framework for the constitution and operation of Agricultural Management Associations. Agricultural Management Associations are formed by citizens of Botswana, who wish to be associated for the purpose of undertaking a collective agricultural venture i.e. a venture concerned with horticulture, fruit growing, seed growing, dairy farming, the breeding and keeping of livestock and the use of woodlands. There shall be a Commissioner of Agricultural Management Associations who shall keep a register of agricultural management associations registered and incorporated under this Act. The Commissioner shall also have the authority to control agricultural management associations.

An Act to provide for the constitution, registration and control of agricultural management associations; to provide for the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities of members thereof; and to provide for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
