Botswana College of Agriculture Act (Chapter 57:02).

This Act establishes the Botswana College of Agriculture as a body corporate (sect. 2). The pre-existing Botswana Agricultural College is abolished and all assets and facilities transferred to the College established under this Act (sect. 11). The objectives of the College shall be to provide education and training in the science of agriculture and related subjects as the Governing Council of the College may, from time to time, decide (sect. 3). The College shall be an associate institution of the University of Botswana (sect. 7). (11 sections)
