Conservation Trust Fund Order.

The purpose of this Order, made by the Minister of Environment, Wildlife and Tourism, is to finance the conservation of elephants and the development of community-based projects for communities living adjacent to elephant ranges. The Minister of Environment, Wildlife and Tourism shall appoint a Board of Trustees for the Fund which shall, subject to his directions, be responsible for the administration of the Fund.
