Abstract
The aim of these Regulations is to appoint authorised officers that shall have the power to enter into and inspect premises to which regulations made under the Act apply; and require persons carrying on or employed in connection with any trade, business, undertaking or enterprise to produce books, accounts or other documents relating to that trade, business, undertaking or enterprise.
