Abstract
These Regulations establish a restriction of export grapple plant or part thereof, except under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a permit. Application for a permit to export grapple plant or part thereof shall be made in writing to the Agricultural Resources Board. "Grapple plant" means the plant Harpagophytum procumbers.
