Abstract
These Regulations implement provisions of the Control of Goods, Prices and Other Charges Act by, among other things, providing for the designation by the Minister of the Controller of Imports, requiring an import licence for goods specified in Schedule 1, providing for conditions and procedures for a granting of a permit, providing for exemptions from the permit requirement and providing for appeal against a decision of the Controller. Controlled goods include, amongst others, meat, fish, vegetables, and various non-food goods.
