Control of Goods (Imports from and Exports to Iraq or Occupied Kuwait) Regulations.

The Regulations establish a ban of import and export of any goods to and from, Iraq or occupied Kuwait. Any goods being imported into Botswana or exported from Botswana in contravention of regulation 2 may be seized and shall be forfeited to the Government.
