Controlled Hunting Areas (Fees) Order (S.I. No. 16 of 1995).

This Order prescribes that any fees collected in accordance with the provisions of section 16(3) of the Wildlife Conservation and National Parks Act shall be paid to the district council of the district in which the controlled hunting area concerned is situated. However, if the controlled hunting area concerned extends over more than one district, the fees shall be divided equally between each of the districts concerned.
