Declaration of Contagious Bovine Pleuropneumonia (Lung Sickness) Infected Area (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1996 (S.I. No. 23 of 1996).

This Order, made by the Director of Veterinary Services, declares the area specified in clause 2 to be an area infected with contagious bovine pleuropneumonia. Until further notice, no person shall move cattle from or into the infected area or from place to place for a distance of more than eight kilometres within the said area without a written permit to do so from a veterinary officer or any other officer authorized by the Director to give such a permit.
